WHY TRAIN WITH ME?

Golf has always been my biggest passion, but in recent years, the gym has taken up just as much time and energy. From the day I started using the gym as a tool for my golf, the results arrived almost immediately. Through strength training and a better understanding of mobility, I managed to hit it both longer and straighter without any direct swing changes.

Strength and specific movement patterns are incredibly important for the one who wants to get better at golf. And if you are just looking for a better, healthier body, I offer services with a no bullshit approach to how to lose weight. So whether you want to become a better golfer or just live a healthier life, I can help you on your journey. When it comes to training, my motto is that you need to enjoy your training. My goal is to find what wuits you.

We focus on the your mobility for golf. We start with the evaluation of your body through a TPI Screening. I then design a personal mobility program. About a month later, we perform the same test and evaluate your progress.

BIRDIE

With this program, we focus on both strength and mobility. We  start here with a TPI Screen and add 30 minutes of consultation for strength training. I then design a complete program for both strength and mobility based on your preferences. About a month later, we do a check up and evaluate your progress and make minor changes to your package.

EAGLE

Same overall design as the birdie package, but with constant assistance. For six weeks, I will answer all your questions regarding diet and exercise. We will also do five  sessions together at the gym where we go through technique and diet. In addition, if your program needs to be updated, we make changes throughout the six weeks.

HOLE IN ONE

Similar structure as the eagle package but with longer time for assistance 24/7. With a full 12 weeks of service, my goal is to make you understand exactly what you need to get in shape. We also do 10 gym sessions together so that we know that you are in control of all movements. The perfect package for the one who really wants to develop his/her body during the winter.
